Estonian Environmental Research Centre (EERC) is a state-owned company specialised in water, air and soil analysis, lab analysis of raw materials and products, management of environmental projects, environmental impact assessment and audit, research and development, environmental consulting and training, hazardous waste analysis and handling, and providing customs lab services.

National institute of Chemical Physics and Biophysics (NICPB) is an interdisciplinary research institute, which carries out basic and applied research in materials science, genetic engineering and biotechnology, environmental technology, in the field of particle physics and informatics. Within the ECAC framework, NICPB offers consultation, chemical analysis and materials research services and allows qualified scientists to access institute’s instruments.
